Water is one of the most common causes of damage in a home and can happen from any number of sources such as severe weather, plumbing/appliances or accidents.

• Overflow or discharge
• Flood

When calling to determine if your water damage is covered your insurance company will ask several questions regarding the potential source of the damage and how the damaged occurred. The insurance company will then send out an adjuster to assess the damage and determine if it is covered.
